Personally identifiable information about children, students, teachers, employees, parents and guardians is provided to Cirrus Group LLC from Client Companies such as schools and childcare facilities with which those individuals have a relationship. When your school or childcare center licenses one of the Cirrus Group LLC products or services we collect personally identifiable information, including (but not limited to) your name, email address, mailing address and phone numbers. We may also collect personally identifiable information through surveys, payment forms, voluntarily submitted profile data, emails we receive from you and your interactions with our website and applications.

In addition, we may collect personal and aggregate information from correspondence we have with our Client Companies and their authorized representatives. These communications may be in the form of emails, web forms and letters that are submitted to us or through phone conversations. Likewise, any information obtained through electronic means such as "cookies" and website or application usage tracking data may be collected. This information helps us compile aggregate statistics about our clients and their use of our services, which allows us to make improvements in design and content to better serve you.

Ownership and Use of Information

All Client Company information, including individual employee, child, student, guardian or parent information, provided to Cirrus Group LLC shall remain the property of the providing Client Company. Cirrus Group LLC may use this information to provide individualized, directed information and/or content to select individuals and Client Companies as part of operating the Platform. No personally identifiable information will be distributed or shared with any third parties without the written consent of the providing Client Company. In an effort to provide you with additional and uniquely compelling benefits for goods and services, Cirrus Group LLC reserves the right to share aggregate information with potential clients and vendors. Should we enter into agreements that allow third parties to collect personal information directly through our services we will inform visitors of these activities at the location of any collection.

Cirrus Group is committed to protecting the private information of children and students and we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Your Rights

If your affiliated Client Company has granted your access on our Platform you may access and update most of your individual information by logging into your account. If you want to access, update, or delete personal information that we may have, please contact your affiliated Client Company, school or center directly. To protect your privacy, we may ask you or your affiliated Client Company to verify your identity for any individuals who contact Cirrus Group LLC directly requesting access to your information. We may reject a request for a number of reasons, including, for example, that the request should be acted upon by a Client Company, risks the privacy of other users, is repetitive, or is unlawful.
